01 How do you guarantee that the cards are original?
All our sealed products come directly from official distributors (The Pokémon Company, Bandai). Single and graded cards go through an internal authentication process using UV light, contrast, weight and centering checks. If a card isn't legitimate, we'll refund your money.
02 How long does shipping take?
If you place your order before 18:00, it ships the same day. Mainland Spain 24/48H.All shipments include tracking, a rigid mailer, top loader and impact-resistant box.
03 What happens if the card arrives damaged?
You have 30 days to return any product. If it arrives damaged during shipping, our insurance covers it: replacement or full refund in less than 72h, no questions asked.
04 Do you accept pre-orders/presales?
Yes, we open presales for all confirmed releases. The reservation is paid upon confirmation and shipped on the official release date. If the release is cancelled for any reason, you’ll be automatically refunded.
05 How does the PSA Vault section work?
The Vault features cards professionally graded by PSA. Each slab includes a certificate number that can be verified on psacard.com. Shipping includes full insurance coverage and a box specifically designed for slabs. We accept payments in up to 4× interest-free installments.
06 Do you buy large collections?
Yes, with no minimums or maximums. From 1 card to collections worth €50,000+. For large collections, we can visit in person if you're in mainland Spain. We provide a valuation within 48h, collect for free and pay the same day.
